Spicy Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry
Ingredients:
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
– 1 cup snap peas
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ginger, minced
– 1 tsp red pepper flakes
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Step-by-step instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and snap peas. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
4. Return the shrimp to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
6. Serve the spicy honey garlic shrimp stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.
