Spicy Honey Sriracha Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Step-by-step instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
5. Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Serve the spicy honey sriracha chicken skewers hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
